I recently had the pleasure of photographing a couple celebrating their 10 year anniversary. Trent surprised his wife Rachel by bringing back the magic of their special day at their wedding venue: The Cloisters — What a great shoot. It is always nice to capture a couple celebrating their wedding anniversary. They were great to work with. I felt it was so easy to capture the love between them. When setting up the session, he and I communicated a lot, and he always responded in a timely manner, which eased my mind as I was trying to coordinate a number of things from 200 miles away. During the shoot, he was affable and professional. He made us feel comfortable when setting us up for specific shots and was unobtrusive when capturing candid/unposed moments. He was efficient in working on the images and getting them to us in a timely manner. Above all, the finished product was more than I had hoped for. The shots he got were beautiful. He was able to capture the beauty of the entire venue while also focusing on us revisiting and reminiscing in the place we started our marriage. We had so much fun during the shoot, and Patrick facilitated that kind of environment. Ultimately, I could not have been any happier with the photographer, the pictures and how Patrick helped that day turn out even better than I had planned.”
